Yotsuba is licensed under a custom OpenRAIL-M license. Below is the additional attachment that outlines the use-based restrictions.

# ATTACHMENT A: USE-BASED RESTRICTIONS

## SECTION 1: Content Disclaimer & Intended Purpose

This Model is trained on data that is known to contain offensive, disturbing, explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. The outputs generated by the Model do not reflect the views or opinions of the developers and are intended solely for research and experimentation.

## SECTION 2: Unconsented Exposure Prohibition

You explicitly agree not to use, deploy, or distribute the Model or its outputs in any manner that exposes its generated outputs to individuals who have not consented to receiving them. This includes, but is not limited to:
  - Posting the Model's outputs in a public space, whether manually or via automated systems.
  - Sending the Model's outputs to any individual without their prior, express consent.
  - Deploying the Model to communicate with individuals without their prior, express consent.
  - Distributing the Model's weights or associated quantizations to anyone without their prior, express consent.

## SECTION 3: Consent Requirement
Obtaining consent requires you to ensure all involved parties are made aware of, acknowledge the Disclaimer in Section 1, and expressly consent to receiving outputs generated by the Model before they are exposed to them.

## SECTION 4: REDISTRIBUTION
You may not distribute, provide, or otherwise make the Model's weights or associated quantizations available to any person unless that person has first been provided with the Model's license and has expressly agreed to its terms.
